Howard Williams Howard Williams, son of Frances and Johnny Williams, was born October 28, 1945, in Webster City, Iowa. Howard was raised in Humboldt, Iowa, through high school. Frances and Johnny ran the Eateria Café for 20 years where Howard was frequently found enjoying meals between school activities or helping out with operations. He was on the high school basketball team and was a straight A student. Following graduation, Howard attended Iowa State University and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree in 1961. He married his high school sweetheart, Mary Ann Rittgers in 1970. They moved to Clearwater, FL, and were married for 10 years. Howard worked for Sperry/Lockheed Martin in Oldsmar, FL for over 30 years. He remarried in 1980 to Beverly Moody. Howard enjoyed spending time with family, completing crossword puzzles, watching sports, and appreciated a good steak. He is survived by his son, Travis Williams of Tampa, FL, and his grandchildren, Ford and Reed.
