Dixie, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. The brief time I got to meet Jack, he came off as a funny, family man. I pray for the days ahead that you will find comfort and peace in knowing he was so loved by so many. Please extend my condolences to your children and grandchildren.

Jack was my very close friend who i will miss alot. He spent alot of time with me at his shop and we share many storys about our familys and and life itself , It wont feel the same not seeing him sitting there in his chair and enjoying some down time , My sympathy goes out to Dixie and her Family.

Im so sad for the loss of Jack , he was a awsome man and a wounderful friend. Jack spent many hours at our house hanging out and bringing dounuts to our shop and hanging out with the guys , Jack was like a dad to me and he was also my patient at our doctor office , we share many laughs and he always talk very highly of his wife Dixie and his children , he would always share his storys about his trips to his cabin on the suwannee, and he was one of the best cowboys I know . He taught me many things about horses and ropping and and we shared many storys of his hay field days. I will miss seeing Jack at our house and he even had his own chair there were he would sit and feed biscuts to our dogs , we all will miss him very much and he will be forever in our hearts and we will always be here for his family.

Jack was an outstanding man, my condolence go out to Dixie and the kids and family. Jack and I would have breakfast, along with Mr. Bill, Frank, Paul, Jr. at the EXPO down the street from his office off of Hercules and on Fridays we would go to lunch at Youngs BBQ. When Jack and I rode to Tampa, we would have lunch at the Siver Ring, he would have a regular cuban and a Pepsi, afterwards we would go next store and get a cigar. When they made Jack he was one of a kind. I sure miss those days, my prayers and thoughts are with you and the family.

Some of my fondest memories from years ago involve staying at my Uncle Jack and Aunt Dixie's house over the summers, and up at their cabin on the Suwannee.  Uncle Jack always had a kind word, a story about something that took place that day, and a big laugh.  Uncle Jack, I will miss you dearly.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Dixie and all of Uncle Jack's family and friends. Love, Tony and Renee

Jack was like a father to me throughout most of my life.  I am saddened and heartbroken at his passing.  Jack was a man in every sense of the word, and he was kind and fair to everyone that he crossed paths with.  I love Jack, and I am a better person for having known him.  R.I.P. My blessings go out to Jacks family. I have known Jack from bac in the 1970's
when I worked for Troy's Tractor in Brooksville,Fl. I did not see him for many years until about two years ago I ran into him at Roosters Restaurant in Brooksville. We have talked about some old times and the hay business a lot.

I worked with Jack for eight great years at JD Cattle Company off Racetrack Road just outside of Oldsmar. In that time I learned a lot about Jack and considered him my best friend and still do. The thing I regret the most about not spending more time around Jack after he moved is that my granddaughters did not get to meet him.

Only you Mr. Jack could in your own uniqueness, disposition or character keep the staff and any  hard core patrons at the Breakfast Club alert, disciplined in anticipation of the next punch line.  Yet Mr. Jack, only you and your unique personality could also draw a confident smile and restore a calmness in a shy rambunctious grand child who just walked into the Breakfast Club with exhausting looking grand parents in tow...
