Curtis, Jean, 95, of Clearwater, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017. She was born on April 29, 1922 in Toledo, OH, daughter of the late Peter and Verne (Brzeczka) Kabchef. Jean lived at Top of the World in Clearwater for 30 + years. She was the wife of Vauldine “Val” Curtis for over 50 years, he preceded her in death. Jean is survived by her son, Lee Curtis. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Countryside Baptist Church, 2525 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater. Visitation will take place from 9:00 am until the time of service. Jean will be laid to rest in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, Clearwater.
