Jeane T. Jones Loving mother and grandmother passed away on March 29th. Jeane was a Florida native, born to parents Bill and Jeanette Toomer in Daytona, FL on September 25th, 1929. She grew up in St. Augustine, FL but has lived in Dunedin, FL for over 30 years. She was a member of Lutheran Church of the Palms in Palm Harbor where she was an active member of the choir and Sunday School teacher for several decades. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Jeanette Toomer and brother Billy. Jeane is survived by her children Brent Prather (Patty), Bill Hazelton (Tina), Laurie Nowlin (Carrol), and Carolee DiPeri, her eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. A service will be held in her honor at Lutheran Church of the Palms in Palm Harbor on Saturday April 2nd at 11:00 am with a private graveside service at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home in Clearwater, FL."
