August 17, 1943 - July 19, 2016 Judith Elaine Adams Brooke, 72, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. She mercifully passed away in her sleep at home in Tampa, Florida after years if battling Parkinsons Disease and heart related issues. Judy was born in Idianapolis, Indiana to Kenneth Adams and Janet Lacey Adams. She is preceeded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Adams Listinger. Her brother, Thomas Adams, lives in Clearwater, Florida. She was fondly known as Julie to her family and close friends. Judy is survived by her daughters, Debra Christine Brooke of Tampa, Florida and Carmen Lynn Brooke of Stockton, Kansas. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, Gérard "Tony" Scacchi (Ocala, Florida), Cara Scacchi (Wildwood, Florida), Justin Scacchi (Monahans, Texas), Gary Scacchi (Ozona, Texas), Roger Warren (Tampa, Florida), Ginger Davis (Tampa, Florida) and 10 great grandchildren.
