DAY, Lillian, 92, of Clearwater, passed away in her home on May 26, 2017. Lillian was one of 4 sisters born to Rachel Amanda Estes and John Tillman Estes. She was married to the late Alvin Day. Lillian is survived by daughters; Brenda Day and Julie Ann (Ray) Stanley, grandchildren; Ken Abernathy, Sonya Hamilton, Jennifer (Doug) Hensel, Jessica (Darin) Lloyd, Lisa (Shane) Cunningham; great grandchildren; Brittany(Ben) Hart, Shawnee Carmichael, Tiffany Abernathy, Kelsey Hamilton, Brayden Hamilton, Lyndsey Bearden, Cameran Lloyd, Ava Lloyd, Daphne Hensel, Jake Hensel; Great great grandchildren: Jayce Carmichael, Troy Perry, Jada Jacobs , Hunter Burch, Summer Burch; and several nieces and nephews. Lillian was an incredible southern cook who enjoyed creating family dinners. She loved flower gardening and spending time outdoors. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. We would like to express our appreciation to her caregiver, Kimberly, and the entire Hospice staff. At the family’s request, private graveside services will be held at a later date in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
