Malcolm was an ironworker by trade from the time he graduated high school until he retired. He was so proud to be a Union Local 387 Ironworker. His job took him all over the Southeast and sometimes up North. He helped erect steel structure on many commercial high rise buildings in Atlanta and beyond, including stadiums. He began as an apprentice and worked this dangerous job for many years, working his way up to on-site leadership roles.
Malcolm truly enjoyed golfing, fishing, marksman shooting and boating, especially with family & friends. In his earlier years, he was quite the horseman, and enjoyed horseback riding and owning his own horses, cattle & chickens. In high school, he was athletic and accomplished competing in track & field, basketball & other sports.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home. His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 1:00pm at Countryside Baptist Church, 2525 McMullen Booth Rd, Safety Harbor, FL.
