

Peggy was born on July 20, 1940, in Elmira, New York, to Harris and Julia Lewis. She dedicated her life to her family, embodying warmth, devotion, and an unwavering spirit of love. A devoted wife and mother, she shared 65 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Jack, before his passing. Together, they built a family filled with love and laughter.
She is survived by her four children: Jack III "Skip", Julie, Jerry, and Joel; thirteen grandchildren: Genessa, Gelaina, Gary, Bobby, Sarah, Michael, Kortlyn, Kennedy, Joshua, Jared, Julia, Hannah, and Hunter; and eight great-grandchildren: Rowen, Carmella, AriYana, Lincoln, Eli, Jack, Cullen and Claire.
Peggy was known for her vibrant personality and active lifestyle. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—spending time at the beach, practicing yoga and dance, golfing, and biking with friends and family. Her dedication extended beyond her home as she served as a Girl Scout leader, inspiring young minds with her kindness and enthusiasm.
Her legacy is one of love and laughter—a woman who embraced life with happiness and humor. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
A gathering of family and friends for Margaret will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759, followed by a celebration of life from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
