Mary was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York daughter of the late John and Linda Rahkonan.
She leaves behind her son Tod Moynihan and wife Robin, Mark Moynihan, and daughter-in-law Merle Moynihan and her four grandchildren, Haley, (Johrone) Ryan (Natalie) Dylan, and Dalton Moynihan and great grandchild, Xavier Bunch.
She also leaves behind nieces, nephews and other extended family. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Moynihan her son, John Moynihan, and her daughter-in-law, Kim Moynihan.
Mary was a proud RN working at the VA Hospital in West Haven, Connecticut for many years. She later moved to Florida working at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida until her retirement. Mary will be missed.
