Michael Bedwell, age 73, of Clearwater passed away on Thursday April 30, 2020 at Suncoast Hospice. Michael was born October 20, 1946 in Beech Grove, IN. His parents were William Edgar Bedwell and Pearl Edna (Yount) Sechrist. He had a longtime significant other for 41 years, Vera Gillingham. She Survives. Other survivors include a niece, Diana Redvay, of Clearwater, FL; Brenda Coryell and Christina Whalen both of Franklin, IN. Several great (and great-grand) nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two brothers, James Earl Bedwell and William Bradley Bedwell, both of Indiana.
He graduated from Spencer High School in 1964. He was a veteran of the United States Navy from 1964 to 1973 serving in the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1970.
He was employed by Honeywell Alarms as an Installer for over 40 years, working in Indiana, Louisiana and Florida. He was a member of the Moose Lodge 17 in Indianapolis, IN.
