WALTERS, Mildred Louise (Millie), 85, of Dunedin, passed away April 24, 2016. She was born April 6, 1931 in Battle Creek, MI. to James and Margaret (Henderson) Hutcheson. She was a 1949 Graduate of Allegan High School in Allegan, MI. She married Don Smith in 1965 and Neil Waters in 1993, they both preceded her in death. Mildred is survived by her children David James Smith of Tampa and JoAnn Margaret Smith of Clearwater. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Zelinsky of Battle Creek, MI and Dunedin, FL.
