Seavy, Naomi Belle Ward Anderson died on January 15, 2017. Naomi was born on December 25, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois. She moved to Clearwater from Marietta, Ohio in 1945 with her parents Oliver Herman Anderson (1894-1965) and Juanita Alice Ward Anderson (1895-1991), and received a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Miami in Coral Cables, Florida in 1948. Naomi was a member of Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church; Chi Omega Fraternity; Clearwater Yacht Club; Dunedin Fine Art Center; and the Clearwater Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a charter and life member of the Florida Gulf Coast Art Center and its Fine Arts Society. Naomi was preceded in death by her husband Francis Ai Seavy and their nephew Russell Coit. She is survived by their nieces Mary Coit Walker and Margaret Fleming Davis (Larry Davis), nephew Gene Fleming (Sally Green), and numerous great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Dunedin Fine Art Center.
