She was predeceased by her brother Edmond LaFond of Wakefield, MA.
Norma was born October 12, 1923 in Somerville, MA to Edmund and Nora LaFond. She attended Notre Dame Academy and Katherine Gibbs School. She dated Lou while working as a secretary for the Army during WWII. Having raised their family in New England, Norma and Lou retired to Port Charlotte and then moved to Clearwater in 2009.
Norma was a well-known artist, receiving many accolades for her contemporary pieces.
Happiness was sipping a glass of wine and caring for her dogs, especially dachshunds, over these many years.
