Norma M Wasmuth

Norma was a dedicated member of North Bay Community Church of Clearwater and Women's Christian Fellowship. She was also very involved in her community. Norma was a Past High Priestess of Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, a Isis Ct. #1 Wheeling, WV and Dual Member, Eastern Star, Miriam Chapter #1, Wheeling, WV, Daughters of Nile, Ward Husam Temple #53 of Wheeling, WV and Neferitti Court #84 of New Port Richey, FL.

She retired from her career in Pinellas County school district as food service manager after serving over 15 years in 1989.

Norma is preceded in death by her husband; James and a granddaughter; Emily Michele Fox.

Norma is survived by her son; Thomas Ziegler of Saylorsburg, PA, two daughters; Linda Granata and Shelly Fox both of Clearwater, FL, a step daughter; Mary Peloquin-Wasmuth of Shiner, TX, six grandchildren; Christine Ziegler Allen, George Ziegler, Teresa Fox Bergstrom, Alicia Christianson, Emily Granata Pizano and Rachel Granata, five great grandchildren; Hayden Allen, Ella Allen, Miracle Ziegler, Michael Bergstrom and Mason Bergstrom. All will miss her dearly.

There will be a visitation held for Norma from 10:00 - 11:00 am with service starting at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home (2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, FL). There will be a graveside service to follow at noon in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
