Patricia F. Mitchell-Bishop, 58, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on July 5, 2013. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter Jessica, son in law Michael, and granddaughter Matilda. A celebration of her life will be held July 27, 2013.
