Paul Gannon

Paul Gannon, 78, of New Tampa, Florida passed away November 17, peacefully, at home. Paul was born in Doncaster, England in the United Kingdom on 07 May 1946. Paul studied Criminal Justice, receiving a Bachelor's Degree. He was predeceased by his mother Kathleen Vaux Gannon, father James Gannon and former wife Irena Gannon. Paul served his country for 30 years as a British Police Constable and Detective Sargent. Paul had a lifelong passion for English Premier Football and was a lifetime supporter of the Doncaster Rovers, his hometown football team. He is survived by his lovely wife Lynda Gannon of 20 years and his children Christopher James Gannon, Martha Lizette Gannon and "like a son" Brandon Shane Pfennig, his grandchildren Leo K Johnson, Zion Christopher Johnson, Leandro Kymani Johnson, Sofia Gannon and Christian Gannon. Paul's siblings include Moira and Doug Lythe and Martin and Mary Gannon. Paul has numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Paul will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759. A funeral service will occur Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759. A reception will occur Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759.
