Roger R. PICARD, age 91, of Palm Harbor, Florida passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021. Roger was born May 9, 1930 in Great Barrington MA. He graduated from Stafford Springs High School nd received his Engineering Degree. Roger was married to Elizabeth on April 28th 1956. He worked as a Marketing Manager for Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon. Roger had a passion for Golf and Travel. He survived by Roger J. Picard, Laurette Picard/Estes, Stephen Picard (deceased) Grandchildren Roger M. Picard, Matthew Picard, Alex Estes, Andrew Estes and Penelope Picard. A graveside service for Roger will be held Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759.
