LEBLANC, Rosalie P., 77, of Pinellas Park, passed away January 2, 2016 in St. Petersburg FL. She was born January 22, 1938 in Rockford, IL to Clifford and Lula (Hunt) Milburn. Rosalie was a member of American Theater Organ Society and Central Florida Theater Organ Society. She is survived by her sons; Jeffery (Susan) Smith of Winter Park and Gregory Smith of Orlando. Rosalie is also survived by her Sister, Jaquetta Shaffer of Pinellas Park, FL and Brother; Howard Milburn of Rockford, IL Grandchildren; Melissa Smith and Jason Smith and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday January 22, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. Services will be held Saturday January 23, 2016 at 10 a.m. in Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home 2853 Sunset Point Road in Clearwater.
