Born in Saginaw, Michigan, Tracy was the son of the late Thelma and Thomas Webber. He grew up in a lively household alongside his six siblings: Tom, Tim, Terry, Toby, Tammy, and Theresa. Tracy earned his Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and remained a proud and devoted Spartan fan throughout his life.
A loving father, Tracy raised his three children—Tracy, Kelli, and Matthew—and was also a dedicated stepfather to Michelle and Jennifer. Tracy enjoyed spending quality time with his family. Some of his most treasured memories were made in Alabaster, Michigan, where the family cottage served as a special gathering place.
Tracy was known for his twisted sense of humor and his contagious laugh that could fill a room. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thelma and Thomas Webber; his brothers Tom (Tootie) Webber and Tim (Jeanette) Webber; and his sister Tammy (Joe) Sonefeld.
Tracy is survived by his children: Tracy (Ray) Shaw, Kelli (Mark) Craig, and Matthew (Lissette) Webber; his stepchildren: Michelle (Jay Jay) Ragland and Jennifer (Justin) Ragland; grandchildren: Hannah Shaw, Cade Shaw, Aiden Webber Lopez, Layla Craig, Myla Webber Lopez, Luke Craig, and Lawson Craig; and step-grandchildren: Leana Faustino, Riley DeYoung, Gracie DeYoung, Bryant “Chop” Lemus, Taylah Sevier, Ellanor Lemus, and Nolan Lemus. He is also survived by his siblings: Terry Webber, Toby (Karen) Webber, and Theresa (Frank) Richter; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held privately with the family.
