William "Bill" L. Billich

BILLICH, William L. 78, of Clearwater, FL passed away July 15, 2015. Bill was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey and grew up in Fords, NJ. He graduated from Perth Amboy High School in 1954. He moved to Florida in 1975. He devoted the majority of his career to the car industry in both N.J. and Florida and had a passion for restoring classic cars.He worked as a car salesman for June Chevrolet in Metuchen, N.J. for over 16 years and worked in car sales and car management in Pinellas County for another 16 years. He also worked for local auto auctions for over 10 years before retiring. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Beverly and son Christopher. Bill is survived by his children William (Alice) of Freehold, N.J., Mark (Susan) of Union, N.J., Thomas (Diane) of South Plainfield, N.J., Lynne Chavan of Bushkille, PA, Linda (Robert) Hartzell of Dunedin, Lisa (Ralph) Saraceno of Clearwater, and step-sons Robert (Michelle) of Edulburg, VA and Brian (Alice) Rimel of St. Petersburg; brother Joseph (Joy) of Edison, N.J.; nephews Roy (Phyllis) of Harmony, N.J., Paul (Michele) of South Plainfield, N.J.; grandchildren Mark Jr., Michael, Kim, Kristin, Rachel, Ryan, Megan, Conor, Brianna, Nicholas, Brice, Tanner, John-Robert, Chase, Owen, McKenna, and Logan. A memorial service will be held 1:30 pm Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, Clearwater with a Life well Celebrated reception to follow.
