My dearest Brother,

Wish we had more time together.  I want to thank you so much for your love and guidance.  There's so many words to say, but I am so lost of words because I don't and can't believe that you are gone.  Your life has been snatched away from us too soon and too quickly.  

 I am still letting everything sink in and accepting the fact, it will take a lifetime to forget about you. 

Go and be where the sun never sets,  where the beaches are endless and where you can be happy!

I met Bruce through my sister Jeriomia, from the first time I met him 20 yrs ago I knew he was already going to be part of my family. He was my friend that I could talk to about anything. He was my mechanic and I would never let anyone work on my cars but Bruce. He was a comedian cause he could always make me laugh when I needed it. He was a family man and truly cared about people. I knew that there was something wrong when I texted him and called him and he did not respond. Because Bruce was that type of man in all the time that  I have known him he had always responded. My husband John and Bruce would barter work with each other which made our whole union even stronger.  My heart goes out to his beautiful family, may God give you all strength to get through this difficult time. With love and prayers from the Harris/ Boskovich family.

To my husband,

We still have so many years to be with each other, to love one another, and to travel to places that we have never gone to. I feel so sad and it tears me up inside because I still need you in my life. We have a lot that we still need to do. I just can't accept it that due to COVID, you left me behind. I can't let you go because I love you so much. It's all so sudden that it hurts so much.

How do I move on without you? You were my light that shone in front of me, guiding me every step of the way. Without you, I will forever be lost. You were taken from me without a word. You weren't even given the chance to tell me that you love me one last time. My heart is so empty because you're not here with me anymore. You're not next to me when I wake up in the morning like it was before.

I miss all the little things we did together. I miss your silliness and every little thing about you. Honey, I will cherish all the times we had in the past and all of the happy times we shared. I will love you forever and I will miss you until the day we meet again. My life will never be the same from now on, All I have of you is memories of us together.

Laug Xang was such a selfless, loving and kind man. He has always put others before him. When he married my sister, he took on a big, loud, and crazy family but he knew exactly how to handle us. He always did for us and never expected anything in return. He was so funny and always made us laugh when our family got together. 

He was my husband’s best friend and maybe the only friend. He was the only one my husband could talk to for hours on end. When our family would gather; they were inseparable. Laug Xang would give the shirt on his back for my husband and our little family. He was always so giving. 

Laug Xang, you will surely be missed, but will  never be forgotten. Family gatherings will never be the same. No one there to tell us jokes and make us laugh. All we can do now is bring you up in conversations and never have you part of it. Wished someone would have recorded you telling the school boy story, IF only we knew that would be our last time hearing it. 

Thank you for all you’ve done for my little family and also for our big family. Thank you for immediately accepting us as yours. Thank you for your love. Thank you for being Billy’s friend that he can trust and hang out with. Thank you for being one of the best brother-in-law any sister can ever ask for!

"I love you, dad. I know you fought as bravely as you could. It's okay to go now." Those were my last words to my dad before he passed on September 18, 2021.

My dad deserved so much more in life. Even though he and I did not see eye to eye on things, I always knew that his intentions were pure and genuine. He was kind and always put others before himself. I remember a long time ago when I was young, my family and I were driving home and we passed a man whose car had gotten stuck in the snow (this was in MI). My dad stopped the car and got out to help this complete stranger push his vehicle. In addition to that, my dad would always squeeze in time after work to fix a customer's car. His full-time job hours were 2pm-11pm but he would be out there until 3am fixing the car to make sure that his customer would be able to drive to work the next day.

To my dad, kuv txiv, my best childhood friend, my teacher of life, my protector and my new guardian angel... I am not a son, but your legacy will continue to live through me. I will tell stories of you and my heart will reflect the kindness of yours. My sisters will do the same.

Most importantly, your grandson Elias who you loved so dearly will remember you. We will tell him stories of how you used to hold a tee shirt against his back in place of a cape and sing the Superman song as you helped him fly throughout the house. We will play the videos of you two together so that he can hear and remember your voice. Elias will know how much you loved him because he will feel your love through me, Laura, Stephany, and mom.

Bruce was our family mechanic,  he was always available when we needed him for a repair on our cars.   I met bruce in 2008.  He was super funny, caring, a fantastic bowler and a awesome mechanic.   He was humble and always willing to help.   One time, he fixed my car at night in the rain because he did not want my girls and I to be stranded.   He will be truly missed.   I send heartfelt condolences to his family. 


Bruce, as my family affectionately known him has been repairing my whole family cars for years. He was on-call for them and I always appreciate him for that. A man who cared for those who he known couldn't afford to pay him his worth...That is the love that he shared with everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Our condolences go out to his family and our many thanks for sharing him with us.



I work at GE, but don't think I had the chance to interact with Bruce.  However, from the description of his personality, he sounds like a great guy with a huge heart, and will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to the family, it is never easy to say good bye to a loved one, it is never easy to hear about the passing of a coworker. 

I pray for Bruce's family that God will give them the comfort they need during this time of sadness.

I work at GE Aviation, where Bruce worked but I did not actually work with him on the floor.  It is never easy to hear when a fellow coworker passes away, especially in these trying times.  I am was saddened to hear the news when it was sent out to the company.  Reading his obituary and seeing his love for his family and community makes his passing even more poignant.    Please accept my sincerest condolences.  God Bless him and his family.

I first met Bruce when I was working at Zone in Largo. It was my second day there and my 1998 Lincoln Town Car had broken down outside work. Bruce introduced himself and asked if he could help. He was outside after work at midnight, in the rain, helping me 
,a stranger, instead of going home after fixing cars all day then working 3-11 on the computers at work. We became fast friends from that night on! We joked and laughed every time we saw each other. Bruce was a selfless kind hearted man and he will never be forgotten! Rest In Peace my friend!

The man I knew as Bruce started out as just a mechanic, but grew into a friend. Any time I had a dire emergency, he would make time to rescue me. He kept my 2000 Corolla and then my 1999 Camry running. He took pride in his work, always doing the best he could, trying to cut corners to save money. I never questioned how much he charged as I knew he was honest and fair.
He was always in a good mood, cracking jokes. We joked that he worked 8 days a week. He worked a full time job, but his passion was fixing cars any time he could. 
He had a heart of gold, and his passing has left a void in mine.
Rest in peace, my friend. You are no longer suffering. You will be missed by all.
