Bonnie Dean Bradshaw Ford

Bonnie was born on November 21, 1935 in Gaston County to the late Willis and Helen Weathers Bradshaw. She loved planting flowers, but her greatest love was her family. Bonnie loved being a grandmother and cherished babysitting. Bonnie’s eyes lit up when she would see those children.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Donald Ray Ford. She leaves behind her children, Dennis (Susan) Ford, Steve (Debra) Ford, and Melissa (Greg) Jackson; grandchildren, Justin Ford, Dr. Paige Ford, Westley Ford, Erin (Matt) Troy, Kristen Ziglar, and Zachary Jackson (Jaclyn Howard); great grandchildren, Emrie, Hunter, Zoey, William, Blayklie, Easton, Emily, Bentley, Gunner, Waylon, Lorelai, and Laci; sister, Margaret Weathers; and many other loved ones.

Melissa and Greg would like to give a special thank you to Sandy McBride for the extra care and support given to the family over the past year.

Bonnie will be inurned at a service for family and friends at Westlawn Gardens of Memory on Monday, June 5th at 3pm.
