Mrs. Flossie Mae Weiss

Mrs. Weiss was a member of Rural Hall Church of God and served in many capacities. She was a prayer partner in and out of church. She was always there to lend a hand to others.

Mrs. Weiss was an ordained minister and pastored three churches.

Mrs. Weiss was a loving and caring individual. She was always happy to see people and had a kind word for everyone.

She was everybody's mom- she will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George M. Weiss; daughters, Nairani Hall and Thelma Frazier; sons, Jimmie Wayne Weiss, Charles Grayson Weiss, Monroe Weiss, and Richard Weiss.

Those left to cherish her memory include a son, John Weiss; daughter, Katherine Weiss Shelton; sister, Jane Auxier; 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; son-in-law, Jim Hall; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011, 3:00 p.m., at Rural Hall Church of God with Rev. Rick Hudson and Pastor Donnie Vaught officiating. Burial will follow at 5 p.m. at Lebanon Methodist Church Cemetery in High Point. The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday, March 19, from 7-9 p.m.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
