Janet was born in Winston-Salem on July 14, 1952 a daughter to the late, William Vickers and Elizabeth Vickers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John K. Gallaher, Jr. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading, and loved her dogs. Janet was a caring person who never met a stranger. She was a loving and devoted mother who loved her family dearly.
She is survived by two sons, John K. Gallaher III of Winston-Salem and Alexander S. Gallaher of Winston-Salem.
A graveside service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, September 3rd at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the service.
