John David Hendrix, Jr. 64, of Winston-Salem, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Glen A. Kiser Hospice House. He was born October 18, 1952 in Forsyth County to John David Hendrix, Sr. and Mary Ann Lanier Hendrix. Surviving are his daughter, Kristina Shelby (Michael); four grandchildren, Cheyenne, Pee-Wee, Kayden and Alyssa; other family, Robin York (Kristinia's sister and family) Cheryl Henderson (Robbie) and family, Bobby Knouse (Charlotte) and family, Cathy Chiles and family; and a nephew, Randy Dowell. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Saturday at Frank Vogler and Sons Clemmons Chapel
