I worked with Ken several years at Danahwr in Greensboro.  Ken always had a smile on his face and loved what he did.  W had a chance to travel together and Ken also loved his wife and kids so much!  He was always updating me on what they were doing

Mary, Paul and I are SO sorry about Ken's graduation to Heaven.  We always enjoyed seeing you at Blackmon Amphitheater, and well remember when we first met you in March of 2014 at Thirsty's II when Craig Woolard made his debut once again with the Embers.  May God envelope you and your family with His love, peace, grace, strength and mercy in the coming days.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Collins family shortly after my son and Sara’s son became besties at St. Benedict. Ken was full of spirt and had a wonderful personality. Through endless emails, texts and phone calls, he helped me with the planning in my role in Sara’s 40th surprise party that Jason planned for her. He made me laugh with every email, text and phone call. Truly a wonderful person! I am thankful I got a chance to know him❤️❤️❤️ 

Love your dad so much. I have such fond memories of Lake Cumberland and Norris and houseboat trips with you all. He taught me how to ski and was the one person who could put my dad in a good mood in an instant. Funny and giving. Love you all.

Ken was so smart, funny and interesting to talk to, a special neighbor. Jack and I will surely miss him.  My prayers are with you Mary and family that the days ahead will be filled with special memories, the family times, the beach, 
the lake, the music and love of the grandchildren. God bless you.

 I have loved being Ken and Mary’s neighbor for many years. Although, I really only got to know him well when he became president of our homeowners association. I always loved getting a text from Ken, letting me know what was up, or things I needed to do. Every conversation was filled with laughter And he always had the best interest of the neighborhood at heart. His business leadership experience made him the perfect person to  The president of our association. I miss him terribly. 

I will always appreciate the kindness and support Ken gave me while working for him at Gilbarco.  He was instrumental in advancing my career and pushed me beyond my comfort zone.  Ken was very instrumental in helping me outside of work as well.  During a health issue I experienced, he was EXTREMELY helpful with his words of encouragement and putting my mind at ease regarding work during that difficult time.  He kept telling me that my objective for the year was to "get better".   I will always be grateful to him for his kindness and encouragement!  My prayers are with the family!
