Melanie Suzanne McBride Sweat

MOCKSVILLE- Melanie McBride Sweat, 49, of Mocksville passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born October 12, 1962 in Fort Smith, AR a daughter of John Leslie and Suzanne Lillian Sagely McBride. Surviving are three children, Hannah Sweat, Eva Sweat, and Ian Sweat all of Mocksville; her parents of Sherrills Ford, NC; one sister, Melissa McBride of Atlanta, GA; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by two brothers, John Michael McBride and Neil Allen McBride. She was a homemaker. Melanie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a beautiful person who promoted peace and love to everyone. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons.
