Chauna J. Bressler

Chauna Jean Bressler, Strongsville, OH; loving wife, mother, sister and friend, passed away on Sunday July 19, 2015. Chauna was born January 8, 1953 in Great Falls, MT and was a life long resident. She worked for IFG Leasing. She moved with the company to Dallas, TX and lived there for several years before moving home to Great Falls. At this time in her life, she met and married the love of her life, Mark Jonathan Bressler. Chauna and Mark lived in Ventura, CA and eventually settled in Strongsville, OH. They had a son, Joseph Ryan Bressler, who was everything to them. She is survived by her husband, Mark Bressler, son Joseph Bressler, brother Edward Murphy and sister Kelly (Dana) Audet, nieces Michelle (Daman) Fleming, Jennifer (Drew) Fleming and Jamie (Chris) Williams, and nephew Chris (Brittney) Murphy, as well as several great nieces and nephews, cousins and great friends. She is preceded in death by parents Ed and Dolores Murphy, brothers Dennis Murphy and Tim Murphy. Services will be held 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015. Arrangements under the direction of Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH. Cantor Kathryn Wolfe Sebo will officiate.There will be a celebration of life in Great Falls, MT later this year. Donations may be made in Chauna's name to the Cleveland Rescue Mission.
