Services will be held Monday, August 8 at 2 PM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights, OH. Interment Mt.Sinai Cemetery.
Family will observe Shiva at the residence 25100 Bridgeton Dr. Beachwood, MONDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 8 PM, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY 6PM-8PM, FRIDAY 3PM-5PM.
