H. JEAN SIMONS (nee Weinberger), 93, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 2, 2013. Survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Seymour (or Si); devoted mother of David, Gary (Elena), Michael (Mary). Jean was a Holocaust refugee, born, raised and escaped from Vienna, Austria, after actually watching Hitler march in. She enjoyed traveling the world, reading and the family's sailing adventures. Jean will be always remembered for her warm spirit, kindness and wonderful family meals and baking and devotion to her men. Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Wednesday, June 5 at 1:00 P.M. Entombment Hillcrest Mausoleum. Family will receive friends at Corky & Lennys, 27091 Chagrin Blvd., Woodmere, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING SERVICES WEDNESDAY UNTIL 4:00 P.M.
