HOWARD FRIEDMAN, age 89, was born November 6, 1928 and passed away January 24, 2018. WORLD WAR II MARINE CORP VETERAN. Beloved husband of Pat Friedman (nee Bakst); devoted father of Sherry (Victor) Baskin, Steve (Debbie) Friedman and Scott (Paula) Friedman; loving grandfather of Kelly (Tom) Clark, Kasey, James and Drew Friedman; dear brother of Rita Permut of MD and Eugene and Norman Friedman (both deceased). Funeral services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS. on Sunday, January 28 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery. The family will receive friends SUNDAY FOLLOWING BURIAL UNTIL 8 PM AND MONDAY FROM 1 - 4 AND 6 - 8 PM at the residence of Sherry and Victor Baskin, 6549 Gates Mills Blvd., Mayfield Hts.
