Jane E Stearns

Jane Ellyn Stearns (nee Taylor) died August 30, 2019. Beloved wife of Roger Stearns. Devoted mother of Scott (Suzanne) and the late Richard Stearns. Loving sister of Howard (Debra) Taylor and cherished aunt of Jeffrey Taylor. Dear daughter of the late Sylvia (nee Fishman) and Lewis Taylor. Adored niece, cousin and friend to many. Jane was a dedicated nurse who began her career at age 40. She was proud of her BSN earned at Ursuline College and her MSN from CWRU's Francis Payne Bolton School of Nursing. Each position she held had special meaning to her caring for her patients and dear co-workers and friends. Jane held positions at Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth, Menorah Park Home Care and VNA of Cleveland Hospice. She was loved by many and her kindness, compassion and generous spirit will be missed by all. Services will be held Sunday, September 1 at 2:30 PM at the Mt. Olive Cemetery , 27855 Aurora Rd. Solon, OH. Family will receive friends FOLLOWING SERVICES AND INTERMENT at the Sherri Park Apartments 2111 Acacia Park Dr. Lyndhusrt, OH (North Bldg Reception Room) SUNDAY UNTIL 8 PM, MONDAY 2 PM-6 PM.
