

Born on March 22, 1932, in Detroit, Michigan, Lillian was the beloved daughter of Harry Goldberg and Rose Hermann Rosner. She was raised in Garrettsville, Ohio—home of Hermann Pickles—and graduated from Shaker Heights High School.
Lillian shared a remarkable 74-year marriage with her devoted husband, Gerald. Together, they built a life centered on love, family and enduring commitment.
She worked as a teller for Ohio Savings Bank and found great joy in traveling, arts and crafts, pottery and shopping. Above all, Lillian’s greatest passion was her family, whom she always placed first.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: Anita Siegal (Michael), Jodi Kay (Ray Woods), Mark Peskind, and David Peskind. She was a proud grandmother to Rachel Siegal, Zachary Siegal (Shelby), Erica Siegal, Robert Peskind (“Dani”), Ashley Peskind, Kevin Peskind (Maya), and Alex Kay (Jaimee), and a cherished great-grandmother to seven great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Cemetery in Solon, Ohio.
