Louis Jon Kusner

Louis Jon Kusner passed away peacefully on Friday, October 31, 2025. He was born on April 11, 1938, to Ben and Pauline Kusner.

A proud U.S. Air Force veteran and a man of the Jewish faith, Louis lived a full and vibrant life. He loved spending time with his family and friends, had a lifelong passion for music—especially playing the piano—and enjoyed cooking for those he loved. A serial entrepreneur, Louis brought creativity and determination to every endeavor he pursued.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Barbara; his children, Chad (Amanda) Kusner, Jack Kusner, and Peter (Harriet) Kusner; and his cherished grandchildren, Jessica, Jordan (Ranee), Tyler, Ethan, Isabella, and Carter; as well as his great-grandson, Ezra.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Pauline Kusner, and his brother, Joel Kusner.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, followed by interment at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Solon, Ohio. Shiva to follow at the home of Peter & Harriet 31691 Cedar Rd. Mayfield Heights OH 44124.
