Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Tuesday, December 4 at 11 AM. Interment at Mt. Sinai Cemetery.
