Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Sunday, June 30 at 1 PM. Interment Zion Memorial Park (Temple Israel Ner Tamid section).
