Minda S. Jaffe (nee Schwartz) age 77, beloved wife of Dr. Jack W. Jaffe. Loving mother of Ari (Marlyn) Jaffe, Reva (Sheldon) Wayman, Leah ( Simon) Jaffe-Greenwood and Ezra (Marla) Jaffe. Devoted grandmother of Sarah ( fiance-Daniel Kasdan), Leora, Ben, Gabriel, Daniel, Rachel, Josh, Aliza, Hannah and Noah. Dear sister of Leonard and the late Charles and Arthur Schwartz. Cherished daughter of the late Libbie and Ben Schwartz. Minda took great pride in her loving family and her service to the Jewish Community. Services will be held Monday, December 29 at 12:30 PM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. Family will observe Shiva at the residence of Marlyn and Ari Jaffe, 2330 Milton Rd. University Heights, OH. MONDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 8 PM, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY 8 AM-10 AM, 3 PM-5 PM, 7 PM-9 PM, FRIDAY 8 AM-1 PM AND SATURDAY EVENING 7 PM-9 PM. and SUNDAY at 8 AM. (Daily Minyan at 8 AM and at 5 PM). Friends who wish may contribute to the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.
