Morris Margolis

Morris Margolis, aged 87 years, Passed away after a short illness on Monday, March 11. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 yrs, Helen (nee Spiegler) by his parents, Max and Fannie and by his brother Charles Margolis  and his brother in law Alex Spiegler. He is survived by his children , Dr. Robert (Joyce Abromowitz) Margolis and Barbara (Nancy Huntsman) Margolis. Devoted grandfather of Michelle (Igor Glushkin) Margolis, Susan (Konstantin )Merson and Dr. Steven Margolis. Great grandfather of Sasha. Dear brother in law of Eleanor and Rose. and companion of of 10 years, Margie Wolfe. Morris was born in Cleveland, OH on Jan.6,1926 . Graduated from East Tech High School and Fenn College. He and his brother Charles founded and ran their business, Speedy Printers, until 1993. He continued working as a consultant with his brother for several more years. Morris enjoyed spending time with family, travel, music, gardening, exercising, and watercolor painting. He was down to earth and had a wry sense of humor. He was proud of his children and their educational attainments. He will be greatly missed. Services will be held Wednesday, March 13 at 1:30 P.M. at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ, 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland, OH . Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence of B. Margolis and N. Huntsman, 24100 Shaker Blvd., Shaker Heights, OH WEDNESDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 8 P.M., THURSDAY 4-8 P.M.
