Phyllis was the beloved wife of William. Cherished mother of Steven (Debra) and Jonathan (Agnes). Dear sister to Carole/Adina (Robert,z”l) Liberles and Avi (Debra) Weiss. Loving grandmother of Andrew and Gabrielle Hartstein and Aleeza, Ariella and Chana Orli Hartstein. Devoted daughter of the late Henry H. and Claire Weiss and daughter-in-law of Rabbi Avrum and Deborah Hartstein. Adored aunt, great-aunt and cousin. Close friend to so many.
Services will be held Wednesday, October 16th at 1 pm at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 South Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
Interment to follow at Mount Olive Cemetery, 27855 Aurora Road, Solon, Ohio.
Shiva will be held at the home of Steve and Debbie Hartstein, beginning on Wednesday, Oct 23rd.
