Robert Stein

Robert L. Stein beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Schneier) and the late Marjorie (nee Rosen). Loving father of Deborah (Joel) Glass, Carol (Paul-deceased) Stein and Dr. Sara (Don Robinson) Stein. Devoted grandfather of Rachel (Kevin Dern) Glass, Abigail (Matthew) Silverman, Naomi (Jarrod Needle) Glass, Andrew (Miriam) Stein, Ethan (Yeva) Stein, Micah (Devora) Stein and Kaila Stein. Great grandfather of Aviv, Raphael, Maera, Sophie and Sasha. Dear brother of the late Frances Kaplan, Betty Goldstein, Jeanne Kaufman , David and Julius Stein. Services will be held Sunday, January 27 at 3PM at The PARK SYNAGOGUE EAST, 27500 Shaker Blvd., Pepper Pike,Ohio. Interment Bet Olam. Family will observe Shiva at the residence of C. Stein, 25906 Hendon Rd., Beachwood, Ohio, SUNDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 8:30PM, MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY 1-4PM & 7-9PM. Friends who wish may contribute to The Park Synagogue, Menorah Park Foundation or Case Western Reserve University. Robert was a life-long building contractor and President of Living Homes. Past President of The Park Synagogue, President Emeritus of Menorah Park, Past President of Cleveland Home Builders Association. Robert was a Veteran of the U.S.Army and served in WWII in France.
