

Sander Rubin, beloved CEO of Spectrum Paper and Packaging, passed away at the age of 87. After graduating high school, Sander began his career at National Paper and Packaging before establishing his own successful business. He was renowned as a captivating storyteller and an expert conversationalist, always remembering meaningful details about everyone he met.
A passionate fisherman, boater, and an accomplished woodworker and stained-glass artist, Sander enjoyed pursuing his hobbies with dedication. He was a loving husband to Nancy, a devoted father to Susan (Bob) Shega and Jonathan Rubin, and a proud grandfather to Harrison and Cooper Pallant. He also cherished his family as a brother to Dale (Marcie) Rubin and as a beloved uncle and great-uncle.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd at 1:00 pm at the Berkowitz Kumin Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights. To view the service via livestream, please scroll down to the Services section and click on “Join Livestream”.
The Shiva will be observed at the home of Dale and Marcie Rubin, located at 24680 Penshurst Drive, Beachwood, on:
Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of the Western Reserve or the Waxman Chabad Center.
Sander's warmth, wisdom, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed. May his memory be a blessing.
