Services will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts., Sunday, August 4 at 1:00PM. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence of Matthew & Michele Levy, 2490 Snowberry Lane, Pepper Pike IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING INTERMENT SUNDAY UNTIL 9PM AND MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 2-5 PM & 7-9PM.
