I want to express my deepest sympathy to the Kutash family. Sanford was a wonderful person, caring and bright, as well as all his other good traits, and I certainly will miss him. During the 60 years I've known him, he gave sound financial advice, as well as helping me get involved in various causes and organizations, which were interesting, and enhanced my life. Sanford had a wonderful life and always had a good sense of humor and positive outlook. He will be missed by everyone.

When I moved to Cleveland in 1994, Sanford’s  son Larry was our insurance broker.  He introduced me to his Dad.  Sanford was excited that I was in Finance and he invited me to speak at the Investment Committee meeting of the Federation.  That led to many leadership roles in the Jewish community. Sanford’s hospitality  changed my life in Cleveland, which was enriched beyond expectations.  Here it is, 32  years later, and up until a few months ago, we chatted about that day downtown at the Federation.  His life was a blessing; may his memory be as well.

The news of your father’s (in-laws) passing reached me.  Although it’s been decades since we’ve talked, I wanted to reach out and send my condolences.  He lived a long, and fruitful life, with much naches and a large legacy.

To my uncle sandford, I am in shock and I am sad that you passed away . I remember when I was a child all the good times I had with you when I used to stay at yours and aunt Shirley house  in Ohio. You always taught me on the value of a dollar, how to budget money, interesting things about life insurance, why being accountable, and honest is very important. You also got me to love nature I remember you used to talk about the pond and the ducks in your old backyard. I also remember how you made me laugh all the time, you never judged me, and you always believed in me. My dad always told me that you were his favorite uncle and that he loved to be with you when he seen you. I also wanted to thank you and my aunt Shirley for everything you have done for my father and I without any judgment or hesitation. You also have a special place in my heart. I will miss you.  I know you are with my dad, aunt Shirley, my uncle Marc, my papa bob, and other loved ones in heaven. My grandma also is sad and in shock she misses you.  I love you uncle sandford.
