Steven D. Lurie, beloved husband of Aimee (née German); loving father of Noah Lurie and Joey Lurie; cherished son of Barbara (née Frymer) and the late Joel Lurie; dear brother of Kevin (Elana) Lurie, Robert (Jaime) Lurie, and the late Jeffrey (Beverly) Lurie; dear brother-in-law of Daniel (Teri) German, Rick (Betty) German, and Steve (Sue) German; and adored uncle to many.

Services will be held Wednesday, March 11 at 1:00 PM at

Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel.

Interment will follow at Bet Olam Cemetery.The family will receive friends at the residence, 3909 Beechmont Trail, Orange, Ohio:

Wednesday following services until 8:00 PM,

Thursday 2:00–5:00 PM and 7:00–9:00 PM

Friday 1:00–4:00 PM

Steve was a graduate of Beachwood High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his master’s degree from Cleveland State University. One of his greatest joys was coaching his sons and their sports teams.
