In addition to raising her children, she was a beloved teachers aid, providing care and support to children with special needs. She loved spending time with her children, and her pets.
Throughout her life, Susan was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Susan is survived by her husband, Thomas Smith, children; Lisa Blazar Noonan (Tim), Holly Blazar (Johnathan), Megan Roosz and her brother Neil Kornswiet (Jessica)
She is preceded in death by her parents, Elaine and David Kornswiet, as well as her daughter Alison Blazar.
A service to honor Susan’s life will be held graveside on Thursday February 1st, at 2:00pm at Mt. Olive Cemetery. The family will be accepting guests immediately following the service from 3:30pm – 8:00pm at Club Walden 585 Country Club Lane, Aurora Ohio 44202. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to an animal shelter or rescue of your choice
