Funeral services were at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118 on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Forest City Masonic Lodge Memorial Services were held prior.
