Alex , I’m glad I met you in my life. We worked together at JCP and you always had a smile and a “ what’s up bro” greeting for me. We had a lot of fun in the early mornings before the store was open. You were also my fashion guru when I was shopping for clothes for my sons. I wish more people were like you and maybe the world would be a better place. I look forward to having cocktails again with you someday. RIP my friend

I worked with Alex for about two years, and there wasn't a day that went by that he didn't make me laugh or smile. I will truly miss him and his amazing personality. He will always be in my heart.

Alex, I treasured you. There are not enough words in the English language to express my sadness that you are no longer with us. I’m grateful for the time we shared together. I will forever be thankful that I had a chance to know you, work with you and most of all have you as a wonderful, funny, caring, compassionate friend. I am forever grateful to have known you! Every time I see a rainbow I will think of you my friend. God bless you and your loving family. Rest In Peace ❤️🙏

I met him the day he started at JCP and he was smiling. He was SO much fun to be around. I loved him very much. I'm from the south,, he always called me his Southern Belle.

Alex was my cousin on my mother's side. We grew up in Connecticut as children before moving to Puerto Rico. My uncle Pedro and aunt Raquel, Alex's parents, were of the few siblings I had that lived close by during that time. Although many years have passed and we've lost touch overtime I still hold dear to my heart childhood memories of us at family gatherings. I will always remember your wonderful smile. Rest peacefully in God's loving arms.

I am so sorry for the loss of your uncle, brother & son.
I only met him a couple of times and he was such a nice man.

I worked in the backroom at Marshall's and Alex spent a lot of time back there checking out and retrieving the merchandise for his area. He was always so pleasant and kind. My only granddaughter was born at about the same time as his niece, Gracie and he was so excited! It was a pleasure to know Alex! I couldn't think of a negative thing to say about him if I tried so I'm not surprised that he's so beloved! RIP, dear Alex.

I meet Alex several years ago and he was my outing buddy. Whenever I wanted to go out in Cleveland I will call him and coordinate our outing. He sure loved his family whom he always spoke about. He also loved life, food, especially Mofongo, music, and being able to see new things. He also loved shopping :-) I am going to miss him a lot and I am sure all his family and friends will too. But I know that God gained a new Angel in heaven and it is my hope that he will be there to meet us all one day.
