Charlene Proctor - Adams, age 57, of Parma, Ohio passed away on Thursday June 25, 2020. Charlene was born June 25, 1963 in Cleveland Heights, OH.

Dearly beloved wife of Nick Adams, loving mother of Zachary K. Wheelock, Nicole (Dale) Kufner, and Edward Adams, dearest grandmother of 8, loving daughter of Mason (Delsie) Proctor and the late Phyllis, dearest sister of Mason (Ruth) Proctor, Lisa Porter, and Susan Wheelock, dear aunt and friend of many.

FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2020, 4-8 PM AT CRACIUN BERRY FUNERAL HOME 7200 DETROIT AVE. CLEVELAND 44102.

RESTRICTED VISITATION - FOLLOWING STATE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES. Everyone attending Visitation should wear a mask and social distance themselves from others.
