Preceded in death by his father Benjamin and his older brothers, Larry
Kincaid and Johnnie Williams.
In 1961, along with his mother and his 3 siblings, moved to Cleveland,
Ohio. He spent his early years residing on East 101st, a community of
families, friends and love that stills strives on to this day. He attended OW
Holmes, FDR and Glenville High School (Tarblooders).
He married Linda, his childhood sweetheart. Charles was affectionately
known as “Tits” by family and friends. He had an affectionate smile and
spirit, was always funny, and was known as the best joke teller in town. He
loved family get-to-getters and just being surrounded by family and friends
as long as everyone was having fun. He loved music especially Rock and
Motown. In the did 90’s, he joined Morning Star Baptist Church where
he was latter Baptized.
Charles leaves to cherish his precious memories, his Beautiful wife, Linda,
his son Chuck, and his daughter, Eboney, his great nephew, Darnell
(Vanessa) whom he helped raise, his grandson, Shondelle, his granddaughter,
Madisyn, his Dear mother, Odessa, his only sister, Helen Smith
(Alfred), sister in law Cheryl Williams, his younger brother Benjamin
Williams (Shelley) of New Orleans, his mother in law, Jeanette Hubb, his
sisters in law, Suzette Golden (Bernard), Joyce Gates, Vernetta Thomas
(Robert), Rochelle Lewis (Terrance) and Sharon Smith (Bruce), and
brother in law, Ricardo Lewis, his Best friend from childhood, Chico Lewis
(Rhonda), lifelong friend whom he considered his brother, Carlton Earl
Daniel (Regina), and a host of uncles, aunties, nieces and nephews, countless
cousins and a host of very close childhood friends and acquaintances
known and unknown. We decree and declare that we shall be united in the
Kingdom together.
