Cousin Gary, you will be missed, but you will never be forgotten.   Thank you for staying in our lives and making sure Candace knew her Walker family.  I love you.

I have many fond memories of my cousin Gary.  He loved being with family, enjoyed bringing gifts for the elderly and the young, and had a good sense of humor.  It is so wonderful to know that he touched the lives of many friends and family members.  Although he is now in a better place, he will be missed. 

My Uncle Gary was such a great man, he looked out for me my whole life. My mom which is his sister passed away when I was younger and my Uncle Gary stepped up and was a wonderful Uncle. My Uncle always told me education was key, which he received his bachelors degree at Cleveland State University. He taught me that if I work hard I can achieve anything I wanted. He worked at Cleveland City Hall for many years and loved working there and told me about all the great memories he had there. My Uncle loved to travel, when I was younger he took me many places so that I could meet my family and family was always a key moment in his life. I am so happy for all the years I had with my Uncle and I will Miss him dearly. 

Gary was my first cousin and I will miss him.  Like his dad (Uncle Sam), Gary had the Walker gift of storytelling and would often reminisce about family events that occurred years ago.   I appreciate the quality time we spent with Gary in Jamaica, 10 years ago, where he was best man at my brother's wedding.   Gary kept us entertained with his story telling and funny jokes.  Gary also valued a good education.   He led by example and encouraged others to work hard to excel in their education and career.  He loved his family deeply and really looked out for his niece, Candace, after her mother passed.  Gary was so was selfless.   He would take time to drive Candace to Chicago, making sure that she got to know her relatives.    What a heart!   

I only saw my cousin Gary on a few occasions.  I remember most his warm smile and his 
efforts to keep connected to Family.  He made sure that his niece Candace got to mingle with her great-aunt Annie Mae and cousins, who all looked forward to visits from her and Gary.  May Candace find solace in memories of a dedicated uncle who loved her dearly.

Gary is my first cousin , We didn’t see each other as often as I would like because we live in separate states but when we did get together it was always a great time great conversation Gary  was also the best man at my wedding when I asked him he had no hesitation even flying to Jamaica. I am going to miss you Cuz.

I worked with Gary for some years, he loved his sweets and always shared, a group of us went to visit him a couple times while he was out. Gary will truly be missed very nice guy. Rest easy my friend.

Wow, this one is a shocker Gary was a very good guy. We shared many good Conversations and Laughs through out high school and as we would cross each other in life I know he will be truly missed. Fly High Warrior, you've earned your feathers. God bless the loved ones and family. 

We played football together at West Tech. A easy going guy and fun to be around. Rest up Gary.🙏🏾

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of one my best friends.  I'm gonna remember the good times we had together. You were truly one of a kind.

I  worked with Gary for many years.  We shared a love for sweets from the bakery.  Every Friday, without fail, he would surprise me with a new treat.  I began to forward to my Friday fix.  May you rest easy in grace and love, my friend.
